About Diane Grundy

Diane is a Registered Yoga Teacher (200 hours) and a Certified Trauma Center, Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (300 hours) teaching and practicing for over 15 years.

With a degree in fashion buying and merchandising and an extensive career in the fashion industry, Diane recently stepped away from fashion to dedicate her time to serving and facilitating yoga.

A perpetual student of yoga and yoga philosophy, she is currently pursuing certification in foundations of mindfulness and continuing studies at the University of Toronto with a focus on equity studies, Buddhism and mental health.

Diane’s intention is to support the well being of participants and to strive to create a safe, inclusive and accessible space to navigate, body, mind and spirit through the exploration of mindfulness, movement and breath; to facilitate with awareness, humility and sensitivity; to nurture self care and to foster respect and compassion for oneself and community. 

Diane believes in the transformative capacity for healing through the practice of yoga, guided by the principles of choice, non-coercion and a shared authentic experience.
